1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
220 g dry rice noodles
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 can (8 fl oz/227 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained

Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.
Step 2
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until evenly browned. Remove from wok; cover to keep warm.
Step 4
Add remaining oil to skillet; heat 1 min. Add vegetables and water chestnuts; stir-fry 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add chili sauce mixture; stir-fry 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. or until heated through.
Step 5
Serve over noodles.
