Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add whiskey and Worcestershire Sauce; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
