1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup whiskey
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done. Transfer chicken to plate, reserving drippings in skillet. Cover chicken to keep warm.
Step 2
Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add whiskey and Worcestershire Sauce; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Serve chicken topped with whiskey sauce and parsley.
