How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add sausage, carrots and celery; cook 10 min. or until sausage is evenly browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Add flour; mix well. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Gradually stir in broth, then milk. Add beans; stir.
Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
