1 pkg. (2-layer size) golden cake mix
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 tub (450 g) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate
1/2 cup white and chocolate candy confetti stars

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan; cover bottom with parchment paper. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, blending dry pudding mix into batter just before pouring into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
Step 3
Put chunks of cake into food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Place crumbs in large mixing bowl. Add a small amount of frosting to cake crumbs and thoroughly combine with your hands. Add remaining frosting; mix until crumb mixture becomes the consistency of clay. Roll cake mixture into 1-inch balls using the palms of your hands.
Step 4
Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl according to package directions. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into melted chocolate and then insert into cake ball, gently pushing until stick is half way through. Set cake pops in refrigerator to chill 10 min.
Step 5
Dip each chilled cake pop straight down into melted chocolate until coated. Remove cake pop from melted chocolate by pulling it straight up. Turn cake pop at an angle and gently tap off any excess chocolate. Sprinkle with white and chocolate candy stars. Set cake pops on parchment-lined baking sheet; let stand 45 min. or until chocolate sets.
