2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
1-3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Microwave 1 cup chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted. Set aside. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Blend in melted chocolate. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining chopped chocolate.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, into 30 mounds on baking sheets.
Bake 11 to 13 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
