1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder

1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, divided

60 g Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread

Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 3
Whisk egg, oil, vanilla and 1/2 cup maple syrup until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
Step 4
Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 5
Shape dough into 14 (1-1/2-inch) balls; place, 1 inch apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten with bottom of clean drinking glass.
Step 6
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 7
Mix cream cheese spread and remaining syrup until blended; spread onto cookies. Let stand until firm.
