1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. oil
6 Tbsp. Philadelphia Chocolate Cream Cheese Product

Step 1
Stir first 5 ingredients in small bowl with whisk until blended. Whisk egg, buttermilk and oil in medium bowl until blended. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. (Do not overmix.)
Step 2
Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using about 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides. Transfer to parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 24 pancakes.
Step 3
Spread 12 pancakes with cream cheese product; cover with remaining pancakes, pressing gently into cream cheese to secure.
