Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in nonstick wok on medium heat. Add garlic; stir-fry 15 to 30 sec. or until fragrant. Add snow pea tips; stir-fry 2 to 2-1/2 min. on high heat or just until leaves turn bright green and start to wilt. Remove from heat. Spoon onto serving plate.
