2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1 cup coconut milk
4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned large shrimp, thawed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Step 1
Cook garlic in dressing in wok or large nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in coconut milk and half the onions. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in cilantro and remaining onions. Serve with rice.
