1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup nuts until well blended; shape into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 min.
Unwrap cheeseball; coat with remaining nuts. Rewrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10 min. before serving.

Serve with Ritz Crackers.
For extra kick, add 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce and 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper to the cheese mixture before shaping into ball and refrigerating.
