2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
3 green onions, chopped, divided
1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Cook garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. Stir in coconut milk, broth and half the onions. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
Stir in cilantro and remaining onions.

Serve with lime wedges and hot steamed rice.
