Step 1
Mix meat, coating mix, carrots and cheese. Shape into 16 balls.
Step 2
Cook meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until browned.
Step 3
Add dressing, soy sauce, water and rice. Bring to boil; simmer 1 min. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until rice has absorbed liquid.
