Step 1
Use vegetable peeler to cut zucchini into thin lengthwise slices.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; stir. Cover; cook 2 to 3 min. or until zucchini is softened.
Step 3
Stir in pasta sauce; cook, uncovered, on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese.
