1 zucchini
2 Tbsp. Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. lemon zest

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Trim and discard ends from zucchini. Cut zucchini into 36 thin slices; place in medium bowl. Add Caesar dressing; toss to evenly coat zucchini.
Step 3
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Dip zucchini slices, 1 at a time, in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet; press cheese mixture into zucchini to secure.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until zucchini is crisp and golden brown, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Step 5
Serve zucchini chips with Miracle Whip mixture.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.
